CrossFit Tucker has a Foundations Program for new members. The first step is setting up a consultation and a time to try out one of our classes with your own personal coach. Upon joining, we take you through a series of private and coach led classes to teach you the fundamental movements, exercises, and methodologies of CrossFit. After completing the Foundations Program, members will then join group classes.
If you are unsure about whether CrossFit Tucker is for you, you are welcomed to try a class for free!
