With those two goals in mind, all new members are required to successfully complete our Foundations course before choosing a monthly membership at Crossfit Tucker.

Foundation Classes


We can accommodate your schedule

  • The Foundation Classes are deigned to inform and teach individuals new to Crossfit the 9 Fundamental movements and Olympic lifts used in Crossfit workouts. This will give you a better knowledge of some of the major movements and will ensure a better and safer workout once you begin your Crossfit classes.
  • Foundation classes are mandatory for members that are new to Crossfit.
  • This is a 1 to 2 week long process. It is a total of 3 Foundation Classes that must be completed before moving on to the regular Crossfit classes.

If the foundations class schedule does not fit your life style, please inform us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
