CrossFit Tucker Kids

CrossFit Tucker Kids uses a combination of skill practices, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, body weight movements, running, jumping rope to name a few. The curriculum includes: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy… and of course FUN.

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.  Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

No experience required! Each workout will be scaled according to your child’s current level of physical fitness.

Parent Participation:
Parents are encouraged to stay and watch, take photos and cheer on their kids. We do however ask, that you let the coaches coach during all workout sessions.

CrossFit Kids Waiver and Parent Welcome Letter: both forms must be signed by the participating child’s parent or legal guardian only prior to participation in the CrossFit Kids program.

Class Time:

  • Ages 3-5 meet twice monthly on Sundays from 3:00pm-3:45pm ($10 per session cash, credit or punch card/no membership offered at this time)
  • Ages 6-12 meet twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45pm-4:45pm.

CrossFit Tucker Kids – Homeschool Program

CrossFit Tucker Kids is proud to announce it is partnering with metro Atlanta’s growing homeschooling community to host a class specifically for homeschooled students.  Our CrossFit Homeschool Program integrates fitness fundamentals.  The curriculum includes: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy… and of course FUN.

A typical session will consist of a group warm-up, foundational movement development (squatting, push press, sit-ups, kettle bell swings, etc.), CrossFit style workout, game, and cool down/stretch.

We offer both a CrossFit Kids program for ages 6-12 and a Teens program for ages 13-18.

Monday and Wednesday 1:45pm – 2:45pm (6-12 years old)

Tuesdays and Thursday 1:45pm – 2:45pm (13-18 years old)
