* Goal is to use 75% of curret 1RM for all 5 sets.
* Rest 2-3 minutes after each set.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
6 minute AMRAP of:
50 ft Overhead Walking Lunge 45/35
20 Plate Ground to Overhead 45/35
* For scoring purposes, every 5 ft of walking lunge is equal to 1 rep.
* For plate ground to over head, the plate must touch the ground and move to the overhead position in one movement.
* Score is total reps completed in the given 6 minutes.
