Bench Press (5-5-5-5-5)

* Build each set.

* Rest 3 minutes between eat set.

* During rest periods, perform 10 Renegade Rows.

Renegade Row (10-10-10-10-10)

* These sets are to be performed after each set of bench press.

* Build each set.

*Alternating arms. 5 reps each arm, 10 reps total.

* Use dumbbells.
