Squat Snatch (2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1)
* Object is to build across each set trying to find a heavy 1 rep max with good form.
* Rest as needed between sets.
Front Rack Lunge (10-10-10-10-10)
* Sets are to be taken from the floor and held in the front rack position for the whole set.
* These are in place and must be forward lunges. No backwards lunges.
* Reps are 5 reps each leg. 10 total.
* Rest 1-2 minutes between each set.
