Squat Clean (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)
* Object is to find a touch and go 3 rep max within the 7 given sets.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
Split Jerk (1-1-1-1-1)
* Object is to find a heavy 1 rep split jerk off of the rack. This can be a 1 RM attempt if you are feeling well.
* Rest 2 minutes between sets.
