Snatch Balance (3-3-3-3-3)

* Object is to build each set.

* Rest 2-3 minutes after each sets.

EMOM

Squat Snatch (2 Snatch EMOM)

* For 7 minutes, perform 2 squat snatches every minute on the minute.

* Use a moderate weight that allows you to get into a squat and allows you to complete all 7 sets.
