1 from hang + 1 from 6″ above floor + 1 from floor
* Object is to build each set and find a heavy 3 position snatch for the day.
* Rest approximately 2 minutes between sets.
Back Squat (3-3-3-3)
* Object is to build to a 3 rep max for the day using all 4 sets.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
