CrossFit Tucker – Barbell Club
Open Gym Time
Today’s Barbell Club will be Open Gym style. You must work on 1-2 barbell movements during this time. Come in and hit a new one rep max, do percentage work, or just simply work technique on a lift or lifts that you have been wanting to get better at.
**This time is not meant for making up WODs that where missed during the week. You may work on skills work or conditioning AFTER working on a barbell movement.**
