Overhead Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

* Build to a moderatly heavy 5 rep and stay the same across all 5 sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

* During rest periods, perform 12 GHD Sit-ups.

Weightlifting

Squat Snatch (1-1-1-1-1)

* Object is to build each set. Try to find a heavy 1 rep for the day with great form.

* Rest 1-2 minutes between each set.
