With a 25 minute running clock, complete as many cards as possible.

Hearts= Push-ups

Spades= Abmat Sit-ups

Clubs= Pull-ups

Diamonds= Deadlifts 185/125

* Face cards= 11 reps.

* Aces= 1 rep.

* Jokers= 250m Row
* Only one person is working at a time.

* Only one card can be drawn at a time and you must complete the card before moving to another card.

* Score is number of cards completed by the team in the given time.
