With a partner:

50 ft wheelbarrow (switch at turn around)

50 ft partner carry (switch at turn around)

20 med ball pass situps

20 back to back med ball passes (switch direction halfway through)

20 Med ball tosses over the rig (wall ball style)

*Group warmup at 12ish after*

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In teams of 2-3:

26 minute AMRAP of:

6 Rounds relay style

5 Deadlifts 185/125

10 Box Jumps 24/20

15 Abmat sit-ups

Then:

Team Medball 400m run 20/14
* All team members run 400m. Rotate medball as needed.

* Score is rounds and reps accumulated in the given time.
