1 Snatch pull + 1 Squat Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
* Build each set. Trying to find a heavy complex

* Rest 1-2 minutes between each set.

Strength

Front Squat (2-2-2)

* Use 90% of current 1RM for all 3 sets

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
