3 Position Snatch (1-1-1-1-1)
1 from hang + 1 from 6″ above floor + 1 from floor
* Build each set.
* Object is to find a heavy complex within the 5 given sets.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts.
Paused Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
* Use 75% of 1RM for all 5 sets.
* Pause for a 3 count in the bottom of the squat.
* Rest 2 minutes between sets.
