Weightlifting

15 min to establish a 2RM

With a 15 minute running clock, establish a 2 RM touch and go Clean and Jerk.
* Must be touch and go.

* Power Clean or Squat Clean are allowed, as well as Push jerk or Split jerk.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts.

* Start light and build.

* Attempts should NOT exceed 7 total sets.
