Hang Squat Snatch+Squat Snatch (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)

1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch
* Build each set

* Find a moderately heavy snatch complex using all of the 7 given sets.

* If form breaks at any point, do not increase weight.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Strength

Sotts Press (3-3-3-3-3)

* Build to a comfortable 3 rep and stay the same across.

* Rest 2-3 minutes after each set.

* Between each set, perform 10 GHD Sit-ups.
