2 Hang Squat Cleans + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk (1-1-1-1-1-1)

* Build each set.

* Object is to find a moderately heavy to heavy complex within the 5 given sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Clean Pull (3-3-3-3-3)

* Use 110% of your current 1RM Clean for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Strength

Back Squat (3-3-3)

* In 15 minutes establish a 3RM Back Squat for today within the 3 attempts given.

* This time includes warm ups sets and attempts.

* DO NOT exceed 3 attempts under any circumstances.
