Death by Double Unders (AMRAP – Reps)

Starting with 10 Double Unders the first minute, add 10 Double Unders each minute until reps can not be completed in the minute.
* Example: On minute 1, complete 10 Double Unders, on minute 2 complete 20 Double Unders, on minute 3 complete 30 Double Unders, etc. etc.

* Once you are unable to complete the amount of Double Unders in the given minute, you are done.

* Score is number of Double Unders completed in the time worked.



Bench Press (5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1-1)

* Build each set.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.

* Object is to establish a 1RM for the day.
