3 Position Snatch from Floor (1-1-1-1-1)

1 Snatch from floor + 1 Snatch from hang + 1 Snatch from high hang
* Rest 2 minutes after each set.

* Build each attempt.

Behind The Neck Jerk (In 15 minutes, establish a heavy single )

* Rest as needed between attempts.

* Split Jerk or Push Jerk is allowed.

* Attempts will be from the rack only.
