CrossFit Tucker – Barbell Club


Clean (In 15 minutes, work up to a 1RM for today.)

* Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts.

* Squat Clean only.


Squat Clean E2MOM

For 14 minutes, on odd minutes, perform 2 squat cleans at 85% of your 1RM for the day.
* On minutes 1,3,5,7,9,11,13, perform 2 Squat Cleans.

* On minutes 2,4,6,8,10,12, REST.

* Reps do not have to be touch and go.
