Weightlifting

Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

* Build each set

* Looking for a full squat snatch.

* Does not have to be touch and go.

* Rest 2 minutes between attempts.

Snatch Pull (5-5-5)

* Use 105%-110% of your 1RM Snatch for all 3 sets.

* Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

Strength

Back Squat (8-8-8)

* Build each set.

* Object is to find a moderatly heavy 8 rep for the day.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

* After each set (3 total sets of each) perform 20 Abmat Sit-ups and 10 Back Extensions.
