30 Partner Medball Abmat Sit-ups 20/14
* Partner A will run 400m while partner B accumulates as many meters as possible. When partner A come in from the run, both partners will perform 30 Partner Medball Abmat Sit-ups. After sit-ups are complete, partners will rotate and partner B will run while partner A rows for meters. Each partner will have a total of 3 runs and 3 times on the rower.

* Score is total amount of meters accumulated in the 6 total rounds.
