* Build each set.

* Rest 2 minutes between attempts.

* Object is to find a 2 rep front squat with perfect form. Not necessarily a 2 Rep Max.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 minute AMRAP of:

200 ft Bear Crawl

200 ft 1 Arm Farmers Carry 70/53
* Farmer Carrys and bear crawls are scored in feet. Every 5 feet of equals 1 rep.

* RX is 70/53 in one arm. Weight must alternate arms every 50 feet completed.
