CrossFit Tucker – Barbell Club


Power Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

* Build each set.

* Object is to find a heavy 3 rep Power Snatch.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts.

* Reps do not have to be touch and go.


BTN Push Press + OHS (1-1-1-1)

Push Press Overhead Squat Complex:

1 Behind the Neck Push Press + 4 Overhead Squats
* Sets are from the rack.

* Take the bar off of the rack in a back rack style and snatch grip push press to the over head position. From there, perform 4 overhead squats.

* Build each set.

* Object is to find a moderately heavy complex with good form.

Front Squat (5-5-5)

* Build each set.

* After each working set perform 15 Back Extenions and 15 weighted Abmat Sit-ups.
