Weightlifting

Power Clean + Push Jerk (1-1-1-1-1)

3 Power Cleans + 1 Push Jerk
* Build each set.

* Try to find a heavy complex within the 5 given sets.

* Sets need to be touch and go reps.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Clean Pull (3-3-3-3-3)

* Use approximately 105%-110% of your current 1RM Clean or Clean and Jerk.

* Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.

Strength

Back Squat (4-4-4-4)

* Build each set.

* Try to find a heavy 4 rep within the 4 given sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
