5 Med ball deadlifts

10 Scap ring rows

10 Med ball push press

Then 2 rounds of:

5 Push ups

5 Med ball cleans

5 Ring rows

10 Med ball thrusters

PVC work

Skills Work

* After the warm up, as a group, spend 10 minutes working on handstands. Anything from handstand walks to a pike on the box or even bear crawls can be worked on. Pick something that challenges you and something that you’ve been wanting to do or improve on.
