Strength

Clean Pull (3-3-3-3-3)

* Use 100%-105% of you current 1RM Clean or Clean and Jerk.

* Use the same weight for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between each set.

* Focus on explosive hip drive and getting a powerful shrug.

* There is NO high pull in the clean pull movement. It is only the first and second pull of the clean.
