Snatch (2-2-2-2-2)

* For sets 1 and 2, work with 70% of you current 1RM. For sets 3, 4, and 5, use 75% of you current 1RM.

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Snatch Pull (4-4-4-4-4)

* Use 90% of you current 1Rm for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2 minutes between set.

EMOM

Back Squat

* Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes, perform 3 back squats.

* Use 70% of you current 1RM for all 8 sets.
