What’s your go-to dinner drink? (Water, sweet tea, coke, beer, wine etc.)


Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

* Try to build each set.

* If form starts to break, do not increase weight.

* Reps will come from the rack.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.


Death by Burpees (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death By Burpees
* On minute 1 perform 1 burpee, on minute 2 perform 2 burpees, on minute 3 perform 3 burpees. Continue this pattern of increasing 1 rep per minute until you are no longer able to complete the reps in the given minute.

* Score is rounds (minutes) plus any additional reps completed.
