Snatch (Heavy 1 Rep)
* With a 15 minute running clock, establish a heavy 1 rep snatch for the day.
* Object is to find a heavy 1 Rep Snatch with good form.
* Squat Snatch is preferred, but if you are not able to squat snatch due to mobility or experience, power snatch is acceptable.
* Rest 2 minutes between attempts.
