Weightlifting

Snatch (3-3-3-3-3)

* For sets 1 and 2 use 70% of your current 1RM.

* For sets 3 and 4 use 75% of your current 1RM.

* For your last set use 80% of your current 1RM.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Strength

Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

* Use 75% of your current 1RM for all five sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
