* Every minute on the minute perform 3 front squats.
* Use 75% of you current 1RM for all 7 sets.
Death by Push-ups (AMRAP – Reps)
On minute 1 perform 1 push-up, on minute 2 perform 2 push-ups, on minute 3 perform 3 push-ups. Continue this pattern until you are un able to complete the given reps in the minute.
