New Class Schedule Beginning on July 24th
The new afternoon times will be 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm
CrossFit Tucker – Barbell Club
3 Postion Clean (1-1-1-1-1-1-1)
Use 70% of your current 1RM clean for all 7 sets
* This is a 3 rep complex. The first pull will start from the high hip, the second pull will start from the hang (above the knee), and the last pull will come from the floor.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3)
* Object is to start light and build each set.
* Try to find a moderately heavy 3 rep in the 5 given sets.
* Rest 2 minutes between attempts.
