If you could only have one for life, would you choose a personal chef or maid?
* For sets 1-3 use 70% of you 1RM, for sets 4-6 use 75% of you 1RM, and for sets 6-9 use 80% of your 1RM.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
