* 2 Sets @70% of 1RM

* 2 Sets @75% of 1RM

* 2 Sets @80% of 1RM

Split Jerk (2-2-2-2-2)

* Use 85% of 1RM Clean & Jerk

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Strength

Front Squat (6-6-6-6-6)

* Use 70% of 1RM for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.
