Clean and Jerk (2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

* Object of the day is to find a 2 rep mac touch and go clean and herk for the day.

* Any style of clean or jerk is allowed.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

EMOM

Back Squat (EMOM 4 reps)

* Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes perform 4 back squats.

* Use 75% of your current 1 rep max.
