Snatch (1 Rep Max Attempt)

* With a 20 minute running clock, establish a new 1 RM Snatch.

* Power Snatch or Squat Snatch is allowed.

Clean and Jerk (1 Rep Max Attempt )

* With a 20 minute running clock, establish a new 1 RM Clean and Jerk.

* Power Clean or Squat Clean is allowed. Any type of jerk is allowed as well.
