Mobility

With a 10 minute running clock, work on overhead mobility. LAX ball smash and/or stretch during this time. If you do not know what to do, your coach will show you.

After each set, perform 20 Abmat Sit-ups
* There is a total of 10 sets of Sit-ups. They are to be done after each set of handstand push-up and box jumps.

* RX+ option: Strict Handstand Push-ups and 30″/24″ Box. In order to select the RX+ button, you must do both RX+ options.
