Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk (3-3-2-2-1-1-1)

* For the first two sets use 70% of current 1RM Clean and Jerk

* For the second two sets use 80% of current 1RM Clean and Jerk.

* For the last three sets use 90% of current 1RM Clean and Jerk.

Strength

Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)

* Build each set.

* Object is to find a heavy 3 rep.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.
