* The object is to build each set and find a 3 rep max using all 5 sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between each set.


Max L-Sit Hold (1-1-1)

With 3 attempts, establish a max effort L-Sit Hold.
* Score is time held in the L-Sit position. When your legs hit the ground, your attempt is done.

* Rest as needed between attempts.

* RX is with legs straight

* 1 second = 1 rep
