5 Rounds for Max Reps of:
Bodyweight Bench Press
Pull-ups
* Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds.

* You must go straight to the pull ups after the bench press. There is no rest between movements, only between rounds.

* Scale bodyweight bench press to a weight that is challenging and allows for no less than 5 reps on each round.

Open Gym Time

With the remaining time of class, work on anything you would like. Go for a run, practice lifts you have wanted to work on, do accessory work, practice gymnastics movements. Make sure the coach OKs whatever you do! Have fun!
