15 Air squats
Group warmup at 10 after.
Overhead Squat (3-3-3-3-3-3-3)
* Build each set.
* Object is to find a moderately heavy 3 rep overhead squat within the 7 given sets.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between each set.
Death by HPC (AMRAP – Reps)
Death by Hang Power Clean 135/95
* On minute 1 perform 1 rep, on minute 2 perform 2 reps, on minute 3 perform 3 reps. Continue adding a rep each minute until required reps can not be completed in the given minute.
* Score is total reps completed in time worked.
