Snatch + OHS
Spend 20 minutes working up to a heavy complex of: 1 Full Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
* This does not include warm up time.
* Rest 2 minutes between attempts.
Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)
* For the first set, use 70% of 1RM, for sets 2 and 3 use 75% of you 1RM and for sets 4 and 5 use 80% of your 1RM.
* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
* Score your 2 heaviest sets.
