Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds of:

Sprint 200m

1 minute Deadlift hold 225/155
* During the deadlift hold, hook grip IS NOT allowed.

* The object is to accumulate a full minute of holding the bar at the top of the deadlift.


Metcon (No Measure)

12 minute EMOM of:

5 Toes to bar + 10 Burpees
* If you are unable to complete 5 toes to bar and 10 burpees in the same minute, scale reps and/or the movement in order to acheve getting both movements in in the minute.
