* Build up to 80% of you 1RM and stay the same across all 3 sets.

Rest 3 minutes between all sets.


Metcon (Weight)

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, perform:

5 Deadlifts + 20 Double Unders
* RX Weight is 225/155

* RX+ Options is 275/185

* Scale weight and/or double unders to allow for work to be complete in 40 seconds or less.

* Score weight used on deadlift.
