Snatch Pull (3-3-3-3-3)

* Build up to 105% of your current 1RM and stay the same for all 5 sets.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Snatch (2-2-2-2-2)

* Build each set.

* Object is to find a heavy 2 rep for the day.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between attempts.
