Clean (3-3-2-2-1-1-1)

* First 2 sets use 80% of 1RM

* Second 2 sets use 85% of 1RM

* Last 3 sets use 90% of 1RM

Snatch Balance (3-3-3-3)

* Build each set.

* Find a moderately heavy 3 rep within the 4 given sets

* Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Strength

Paused Front Squat (4-4-4-4)

* Use 70% of Front Squat 1RM.

* Rest 2 minutes between sets
