Squat Snatch (2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

* Object is to find a heavy 2 rep within the 7 given sets.

* These do not have to be touch and go reps.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

Strength

Front Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

* Use 80-85% of 1RM Front Squat of all 5 sets.

* Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
