Weightlifting

clean, fs squat, PP, jerk complexe (1-1-1-1-1)

1 Squat Clean + 1 Front + 1 Push Press + 1 Jerk
* Build each set.

* Find a heavy complex within the five given sets.

* Rest 2 minutes after each set.

Clean Pull (3-3-3-3-3)

* Use 105-110% of 1RM Clean.

* Rest 2 minutes after each set.

Strength

Weighted Pull-ups (15 min to establish a moderately heavy 2 rep )

* Rest as needed between attempts.
